Ladies in Family Enterprise (LiFE) Programme
Ladies in Family Enterprise (LiFE) programme is an enriching short-term management programme ( 4 months )for women from business families offered by the SPJIMR Centre for Family Business & Entrepreneurship. It addresses the needs of women in business families, with/without ownership, with little or no role in the business currently. They can be related to the owner/s either as wives, daughters-in-law, mothers or daughters. LiFE goes beyond imparting business knowledge.
It empowers women with the skills, strategic perspective, and confidence required to become effective leaders and decision-makers. Through a carefully curated learning experience, women develop a founder mindset, strengthen their leadership capabilities, enhance their self-belief, and gain the tools to manage, grow, or transform a business.
Whether the goal is to take on a more active role in the family enterprise, launch an entrepreneurial venture, or build greater confidence as a business leader, LiFE equips women to create meaningful impact within their families, businesses, and communities.

Programme Structure
4-Month Programme
Three day sessions every month designed for women from business families
Comprehensive Curriculum
Three months of general management concepts, along with sessions in the chosen elective, culminating in a final business plan presentation in the 4th month.

Specialise in Functional Domain (HR, Marketing, Finance, Administration) within your family business or diversify or start a new entrepreneurial venture
Business Application
An overview of the business and exploring the participant’s role in the business, followed by a business and role plan presentation.

Three sources of enriching mentorship, guidance, motivational and networking sessions.
SPJIMR Certificate

Programme Curriculum
This distinct women’s development programme involves curated modules that help a woman coming from a business family understand various skills required to explore herself as a business family member or probably build something of her own to become a successful future female entrepreneur.
