About the Programme

SPJIMR’s Advanced Management Programme in Family Business Advisory is India’s first specialised programme tailored for professionals, advisors, and entrepreneurs who work with business families and their wealth-owning enterprises. This 9-month, in-person journey equips participants with the knowledge, tools, and facilitation skills to manage the unique challenges and opportunities in family enterprises—from succession planning and governance to conflict resolution and legacy building.

Programme Architecture

An on-campus programme conducted over 9 months, with 5 months of in-person learning (3 consecutive days each month), followed by a capstone project in the ninth month.
